Category 1: Not followed by news media or celebrity tabloids. No article on the Wikipedia. No article on alternative wikis. Not verified by any social media. Not considered a person of interest on gossip forums or other discussion forums. A private person with a small public presence (i.e. a few fans) in a few interest groups. There are no public fan pages or blogs on social media such as Facebook. May have a small following on channels such as Twitter.

Category 2: Not followed by news media or celebrity tabloids. No article on the Wikipedia. There may be an article on alternative wikis. Not verified by any social media. May be considered a minor person of interest on gossip forums or other discussion forums. There is a public presence on blogs and public pages such as Facebook. Active on social channels such as Twitter, Gab, Tumblr. Generally a small following on channels such as these. But is still a private person with a public presence.

Category 2+: Similar to Category 2 but with a larger (moderate following). This is considered the borderline of transitioning from a private person to a public figure.

Category 3: Not followed by news media or celebrity tabloids. No article on the Wikipedia.  But will be documented on alternative wikis. Not usually verified by any social media. Considered an active person of interest on gossip forums or other discussion forums. There is a public presence on blogs and public pages such as Facebook. Active on social channels such as Twitter, Gab, Tumblr. A small to moderate following with at least one social media channel/public page having 1000+ followers with some engagement. This is definitely within the realm of a public figure. 1000 followers is the benchmark for a public figure on Twiends.

Category 3+: Similar to Category 3 but with a moderate following (1000+ followers) on all social channels. A person in this category is a moderate public figure.

Category 4:  Not followed by news media or celebrity tabloids but may be referenced on occasion. No article in the Wikipedia but may be referenced in a related article. Strongly documented in alternative wikis and may be vigorously followed on gossip forums or discussion forums. Well known internet public figure with a large following on the internet with a following that can number in the thousands to tens of thousands and vigorously followed. Often will be sought out for discussion on alternative podcasts and interviews.

Category 5:  May be followed by news media but not celebrity tabloids. May or may not have a biography in the Wikipedia.  These people will be referenced in related articles. Strongly documented in numerous alternative wikis and may be vigorously followed on gossip forums or discussion forums. Well known internet public figure with a very large and vigorous following on the internet that can number in the tens of thousands to the hundreds of thousands with rigorous interaction. Famous for podcasts and streams  These people are officially verified on at least one major social media channel such as Twitter, YouTube, Facebook. These people are generally on the borderline between a public figure and a celebrity. Borderline Celebrity.

Category 6:  Fully verified on all social media. Followed by news media. May be followed by celebrity media but not to the same extent as a Category 7.  Wikipedia biography as well as strong documentation in alternative wikis. Vigorously followed on gossip forums or discussion forums. Vigorously followed on social media with a following in the millions. Full celebrities of national renown

Category 7:  Fully verified on all social media. Followed by news media. Intensely followed by celebrity media and tabloids. Wikipedia biography as well as strong documentation in alternative wikis. Vigorously followed on gossip forums or discussion forums. Vigorously followed on social media with a following in tens of millions and up. Full celebrities of world renown at the very top, often with TV programs and/or movies about them.
