Chapter 7: The Mammals

They peeped out among the bushes oblivious to the larger meat eaters at least for the time being. The Tropical Garden had disappeared long ago. The Bananasauros was gone. They were coverd with fur and unlike their reptilian counterparts, they were warm blooded and could inhabit the colder regions of the planet beyond the limits of the reptiles or amphibians. But they signaled the beginning of a revolution. It would be the last prehistoric revolution before the age of the clones and the Dimensional Merge that would forever change the planet. The reptiles had been relegated to second class status.
